sysex [<hex values>] [<MIDI devices>]
Sends a MIDI SysEx message to the specified MIDI device.
Parameters:
- The SysEx data to send to the devices in the form of hex values. The F0 start byte and F7 end byte are automatically included in the data.
- The list of MIDI devices to send the SysEx MIDI Event to.
